Return/Exchange Policy

At Lazuli, our top priority is customer satisfaction.

  • Exchange policy is only liable within 7 days after the order is delivered and subject to the defected or wrongly delivered articles.
  • Any product bought from Lazuli’s online store can be exchanged from the online store, provided it is unused and still has the label & Tag in its original state.
  • These conditions apply to non-sale orders only. For sale orders, exchanges will only be provided for valid reasons (damaged article) and exchange time will also take longer than usual order delivery time.
  • Any exchanges made after 10 days are subject to management discretion.
  • Refund will not be given in cash – the client will be issued a coupon of the same value valid for the online store only, which can be used immediately or in the future.
  • We recommend our customers view the size chart before purchasing however if the size is not fit, the size of the article can be exchanged only if it is not used or washed, and all packing and tags are intact along with the delivery charges of Rs 500.
  • Delivery for exchange will take 7-10 days after verification.
